Scott Granger is a partner with Madison Street Partners and is responsible for a variety of corporate portfolio assignments. Active in the commercial real estate industry since 1990, Scott specializes in representing corporations in strategic real estate planning locally here in Orange County as well as across the country. Previously a managing director with Julien Studley Inc., Mr. Granger joined Madison Street Partners as a principal partner in 2006. Scott has completed more than four million square feet of tenant representation assignments involving leased and owned space on behalf of major corporations, start-up groups, law firms, engineering firms and technology companies. These tenant representation assignments include Samsung (multiple assignments), Quest Software, Gateway, Inc. for 280,000 square feet and Emulex Corporation for 245,000 square feet.
Additionally, Scott works as an advisor to various start-up companies about the potential pitfalls that can plague companies when leasing or buying real estate. Scott has been honored as Irvine’s Broker of the Quarter multiple times. He is an active supporter of Project Pride which supports Orange County’s under privileged children in ocean related activities. He also proudly supports the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation, Hopeful Hearts, The Goodwill and Mustard Seed Ranch. Scott is a member of the Newport Aquatic Center competing internationally in outrigger canoe racing and still holds the master’s division record set in 2005 for the Catalina to Dana Point Race in a time of 5 hours and 9 minutes. Scott lives in Orange County with his wife and two young children.
